San Diego Drunk Driving Accident Lawyer

Our office has handled serious crime victim cases throughout the United States, including fatal accident and motorcycle accident cases.  When a motorcycle accident occurs, the motorcycle rider faces sever injuries or death when the driver of the vehicle that causes the accident typically does not even suffer an injury. Our office works to represent motorcycle riders and their families when severe accidents occur.

In any serious motorcycle accident case, our office will quickly work to investigate the scene of the accident and to document any skid marks, debris fields, direction of sunlight, and other factors that could be critical later in a case.  We will also identify the various types of insurance that could be available as well as whether there are any other negligent parties that could be at fault for the accident.  In a drunk driving case this could also lead to an investigation of where the drunk driver was consuming alcohol and how much was consumed.  All of these factors are critical to making sure that our client’s rights are fully represented.
